GetHelp is a cloud-based help desk solution that will revolutionize how K-12 school districts provide asset management support to students, staff, and teachers.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, the sixteenth largest district in the country, has selected TIPWeb-IT and TIPWeb-IM for asset and instructional material management. This comprehensive district-wide solution will be implemented across the K-12 school system’s 170 schools to benefit their 145,000 students.
Focused on ensuring a successful district-wide adoption of their inventory management system, CMS implemented a pilot program across several of the district’s campuses.
