Michael Hayes, Co-founder and current Chief Executive Officer, will remain active in the business as Chairman of Hayes’ Board of Directors.

Mr. Winebright brings significant strategic and operational experience in the education industry to the new position, amassing a 20 year career in providing technology solutions for school districts. Serving most recently as the company’s President, Mr. Winebright has been instrumental in other roles at Hayes during his four year tenure, including Senior Vice President of Sales and Corporate Strategy.
