September 28, 2017 – Hayes Software Systems, the leader in inventory control software and services for the K-12 education market, announced the promotion of Anna Maxin as Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. She will report directly to CEO and President, Matt Winebright. With over 15 years of experience working in the K-12 software industry at Hayes, Maxin understands the unique needs of school districts and the inventory control challenges they face every day.
As Hayes’ products and services continue to evolve, Maxin’s promotion as the company’s COO reinforces their commitment to a strategy that has led them for over 27 years. “Anna has been instrumental in the growth and transformation of our business. Prior to this promotion, Maxin was responsible for designing, developing, and implementing key strategic initiatives while overseeing the largest and most complex projects in the company’s history, including Chicago Public Schools, D.C. Public Schools, and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. Throughout her tenure at Hayes, Maxin managed the entire product line lifecycle, as well as the recent launch of the company’s integrated help desk solution, GetHelp. With an earned certification in IT Asset Management and over 15 years of experience working at Hayes, Maxin has the practice and knowledge to propel the company’s continued success.
