Hayes and CDW-G will be partnering at ACOT! ACOT is an annual conference focused on giving education and tech leaders the skills they need to succeed. The event is open to K-12, universities, government and public library tech departments. Our sessions will focus on managing assets through their life cycle, enabling education beyond the classroom, supporting and managing learning devices with an integrated platform, and sanitization to keep students and staff safe. Come check us out!
Session 1: Asset Management and Help Desk
- 9:00 am - 10:00 am
- Just like you, we're focused on supporting staff and students in a new learning environment. We're all pivoting right now to make sure districts have the tools they need in order for take-home and remote access to be possible. Distribute devices to staff and students, provide easy methods for users to submit tickets remotely, manage devices through their entire lifecycle, and enable education that expands beyond the classroom. Support and manage learning devices with an integrated platform (help desk + asset management), and discuss how districts are implementing processes that enable complete visibility into the entire lifecycle of your district’s assets.
Session 2: Sanitization
- 2:45 pm - 3:45 pm
- As we look ahead to the 2020-21 academic school year in K-12 schools, we face the ongoing threat of COVID-19 circulating in our communities. It is crucial for school districts to develop and implement policies, practices, and strategies that optimize learning as well as health and safety procedures to support student and faculty safety. Hayes Software Systems has partnered with Xclusive Janitorial Services to develop comprehensive guidelines that prioritize health and safety while ensuring students receive quality instruction, whether that is in an on-campus environment or via remote learning. Discuss recommended strategies, guidelines, and processes with sanitization experts in a session dedicated to keeping schools safe and clean.
