As a Hayes Software Systems’ customer, you are eligible to receive FREE unlimited technical support.  Contact a customer support team member by emailing us at support@hayessoft.com or call 800-495-5993.  We will promptly address your question(s) and work with you until all your questions have been answered or your issue has been resolved.

Our customer support team members are experts in all our products and the real world use of them.  We apply our first-hand knowledge of elementary, secondary, and post-secondary education environments to help you be successful.  We listen closely to you and then guide you through the program to meet your specific needs.

Hayes Software Systems provides various types of documentation, on-line support, and help desk services, in addition to its extensive professional development: Also, Hayes Software Systems provides the district with a format for reporting site issues on a bi-weekly basis, and monthly meetings are held to review each reported issue.

Online Help

TIPWeb includes a robust context-sensitive online help system which provides not only a clear overview of each feature, but step-by-step instructions for accomplishing tasks.  Searching and index features are included.

Training Manual

During workshops, trainees receive a manual that offers step-by-step instructions with screen shots that explain how accomplish specific tasks.

E-mail Support

Users needing additional help will receive online support via e-mail with a guaranteed 24-hour response during the business week.

Help Desk

Customer support is available to ANY user of TIPWeb and is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Central Standard Time toll free at 1-800-495-5993.  These hours are modified during “crunch” time (a four week period at the beginning of the school year and a four week period at the end of the school year.) Modified hours are from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM central standard time.  Support is also available from 8:00 AM to noon on designated Saturdays during crunch time. 

Collaboration Tools

The Community Portal is a support tool for TIPWeb product users of all levels.  The portal is a communication tool to discuss general textbook management challenges as well as TIPWeb product topics.
