Matt Winebright

Chief Executive Officer and President

Mr. Matt Winebright guides Hayes Software Systems' strategic vision and operations. Mr. Winebright joined Hayes in January of 2012. In his previous position as Senior Vice President of Sales and Corporate Strategy, he was instrumental in building and overseeing Hayes’ sales and business development division, driving exponential growth over his tenure with the company. Overall, Mr. Winebright has nearly 20 years of experience working with educators in the K-12 market and on projects with some of the largest school districts in the country.

Laura Sager

Vice President of Research and Development

Ms. Laura Sager is the technical liaison for system installation as well as technical and database questions regarding applications. Ms. Sager joined HSS in 1999 with a strong background in developing applications on Microsoft platforms. Ms. Sager oversees all product development, testing and integrations. Ms. Sager graduated Cum Laude with a BBA in Management from Texas A&M University, and earned a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Southwest Texas State University.

Vice President of Customer Support & Training

Ms.Debbie Disler is the central contact for training and support. Ms. Disler seeks new exciting methods of delivering training and customer support while acting as liaison to product development. Debbie came to Hayes in 2000 with 15 years of experience working for a fast growing school district in the central Texas area. She spent 13 years as a district textbook coordinator and coordinator of the district’s reporting of student, staff and financial data to the state education agency through the Public Education Information Management System.

Anna Maxin

Vice President of Marketing, Product Management, and Consulting Services

Mrs. Anna Maxin oversees marketing and product management for Hayes Software. She designs, develops and implements strategic marketing programs and supporting tactics. She manages the entire product line life cycle specifying market requirements which are supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers. Overall, Mrs. Maxin has more than 10 years of experience working in the software industry and holds a certification in IT Asset Management.

Brad Moore

Vice President of Sales and Business Development

Mr. Brad Moore works toward providing the vision and leadership necessary to maintain successful growth at Hayes. Responsible for aligning objectives with the overall business strategy, Mr. Moore is focused on developing innovative opportunities and achieving company goals. Having garnered 22 years of experience in sales, and 17 years in sales leadership roles, Mr. Moore brings vast knowledge and commitment to the company.

Senior Business Advisor

Mr. Michael Hayes founded Hayes Software Systems in 1990 with his father Eugene Hayes. As Vice President, he was originally responsible for software engineering and contributed to Customer Service and Fiscal Operations. Mr. Hayes was promoted to President in 2000 overseeing all departments. In 2004, Mr. Hayes became the CEO and remained in that role until 2016. Most recently, Mr. Hayes serves as a Senior Business Advisor, offering expertise and knowledge about general business operations.
